Multisystemic Therapy is an intensive family and community based treatment which addresses the externalizing behaviors of youth with significant clinical impairment in disruptive behavior, mood, and/or substance use. Services are intended to address persistent symptoms, negative behaviors, emotions, The primary goal of MST is to empower parents and provide tools to promote positive behavioral change.
Intensive In Home services are intended to provide intensive therapeutic interventions to youth who are at risk of out of home placement due to their mental, behavioral or emotional state. The goal of care is to improve the mental state of the youth and the family dynamic within the home by providing clinical interventions to the youth and family.
Outpatient Therapy is a counseling services for individuals, families, couples, and groups. Services provide therapeutic insight, support and guidance for managing daily stressors to mental health challenges.
Youth Support Groups are designed for managing your emotional health with other individual dealing with You’ll connect and share with others experiencing similar issues.
Case Manager services assist individuals and families in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services.
Therapeutic Mentoring is designed for the youth to become engaged, empowered, and evolved through mentorship.
