Celebrating Our Winners

Spring 2026 Winner

Join us in celebrating Cassandra Carrington, our Spring 2026 ‘Excellence in Character’ scholarship recipient. Cassandra plans to major in Criminology at Hollins University and is expected to graduate in Spring 2030.

Cassandra shares:
“I am uncertain of the exact path I want to travel with this degree, but I know for sure that I want to be a voice for the voiceless and use this degree to prevent and/or solve homicides in my city. I feel strongly that I will probably become a detective or become a Victim Advocate. I do not feel like I went through what I have gone through for no reason. I was created to help others walk through what I have been through with grace.”

Ms. Carrington embodies the ideals of Atron Foundation in her quest to make a positive impact in the world around her. Help us celebrate Cassandra as she begins her journey towards becoming a Voice for the Voiceless.
