Mobile Crisis Management

Mobile Crisis Management provides integrated, short-term crisis response and intervention for people experiencing a mental health crisis. Mobile Crisis Management services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and necessary to provided the following: integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization, and crisis prevention. Interventions can include crisis outreach, crisis de-escalation and stabilization, and. crisis counseling.

Community Support Teams

Community Support Team (CST) provides direct support to adults with mental illness, substance abuse, or co-morbid disorder. This team approach involves therapeutic interventions that assist in reestablishing life domains: emotional, behavioral, social, safety, housing, medical and health, educational, vocational, and legal.

Assertive Community Treatment

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team consists of a community-based group of medical, behavioral health and rehabilitation professionals who use a team approach to meet the needs of an individual with severe and persistent mental illness.

Targeted Case Management

Targeted Case Management is designed to assist adult with either a serious emotional disturbance, mental illness, or substance related disorder gain access to necessary care: medical, behavioral, social, and other services appropriate to their needs.

Outpatient Therapy

Outpatient therapy consists of biopsychosocial assessment, behavioral health treatment, individual youth and family therapy.

Therapeutic life Coaching

Therapeutic Life Coaching aims to help individuals achieve personal growth, overcome obstacles, and reach their full potential by offering customized and confidential sessions for discussing personal challenges, problems, or struggles.
