Mobile Crisis Response

Mobile Crisis Response services is designed to provide rapid response to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
The purpose of this service is to:

  • De-escalate the behavioral health crisis and prevent harm to the individual or others.
  • Assist in the prevention of an individual’s acute exacerbation of symptoms.
  • Development of an immediate plan to maintain safety.
  • Coordination of care and linking to appropriate treatment services to meet the needs of the individual.

Community Stablization

Community Stabilization services is a short-term service, designed to stabilize individuals and support individuals during the following:

  • between an initial Mobile Crisis Response & entry in follow-up service.
  • as a transitional step-down from a higher level of care.
  • as a diversion from a higher level of care.
