Mobile Crisis Response
Mobile Crisis Response services is designed to provide rapid response to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
The purpose of this service is to:
- De-escalate the behavioral health crisis and prevent harm to the individual or others.
- Assist in the prevention of an individual’s acute exacerbation of symptoms.
- Development of an immediate plan to maintain safety.
- Coordination of care and linking to appropriate treatment services to meet the needs of the individual.
Community Stablization
Community Stabilization services is a short-term service, designed to stabilize individuals and support individuals during the following:
- between an initial Mobile Crisis Response & entry in follow-up service.
- as a transitional step-down from a higher level of care.
- as a diversion from a higher level of care.

CRITERIA
- Active Medicaid Insurance
- Children, adolescents, & adult
- symptoms related to mental health diagnosis
- able to maintain safety with intervention
- have experienced a mental health crisis within 72 hours or is transitioning from/at risk of hospitalization and requires short term support
