Mobile Crisis Response

Mobile Crisis Response services is designed to provide rapid response to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
The purpose of this service is to:

De-escalate the behavioral health crisis and prevent harm to the individual or others.
Assist in the prevention of an individual’s acute exacerbation of symptoms.
Development of an immediate plan to maintain safety.
Coordination of care and linking to appropriate treatment services to meet the needs of the individual.

Community Stablization

Community Stabilization services is a short-term service, designed to stabilize individuals and support individuals during the following:

between an initial Mobile Crisis Response & entry in follow-up service.
as a transitional step-down from a higher level of care.
as a diversion from a higher level of care.

CRITERIA

Active Medicaid Insurance
Children, adolescents, & adult
symptoms related to mental health diagnosis
able to maintain safety with intervention
have experienced a mental health crisis within 72 hours or is transitioning from/at risk of hospitalization and requires short term support
